Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup flaxseed meal
- 7 large eggs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all your dry ingredients and mix well.
- Start adding your garlic and 2 eggs at a time, mixing with a hand mixer to get a dough type of consistency.
- Add your olive oil last, mixing it well until everything is combined. The more aerrated the batter becomes, the more "fluffy" your bread will become.
- Put all your ingredients into a greased 9x9 baking pan, smooth out with a spatula.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from the greased baking pan.
- Cut into squares and cut the squares in half. Add whatever you'd like to the middle!
