- 2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoon grass-fed butter melted (or ghee for Paleo & Whole30)
- 2 large cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl combine 2 Tbsp dijon mustard, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 2 Tbsp melted butter, and 2 large minced garlic cloves.
- Season both sides of the salmon filets with salt and pepper.
- Brush top of each salmon filet with maple mustard mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 F for about 12 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
Notes
- Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
- You can make the maple mustard glaze for the salmon ahead of time and keep it covered in the fridge.
- Your salmon fillets should be of equal thickness so that they cook evenly.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
