Ingredients
- 10-12 medjool dates pitted
- 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup chopped nuts of choice I use pistachio and/or walnuts
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey optional

Instructions
- Slice each date along one side and remove the pit. Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon mascarpone cheese.
- Top with a sprinkle of chopped nuts and 2-3 pomergante seeds.
- Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
