Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ C milk or non-dairy alternative of your choice
- 2 teaspoon matcha
Optional:
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, agave (sweetener)

Instructions
- Add chia seeds, milk, and matcha into a jar.
- If adding vanilla extract and sweetener, add it in.
- Give everything a stir with a spoon (or add a lid and gently shake).
- Cover and place into the fridge overnight (or at least 20 minutes)
- Give it a stir and add in your favourite toppings, such as fruit, nuts, seeds.
