Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste

- Mix the yogurt, sour cream and lemon juice together and still well.
- Chop the green onions, dill and parsley and mix into the dip.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for about an hour before serving to let the flavors blend together.
