  • 1 head cauliflower cored and washed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425º F.
  2. Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet (lined or just sprayed with cooking spray) in an even layer making sure there is space between the pieces so they roast instead of steaming.
  5. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown.
