Poppy Seed Dressing is creamy and tangy and the perfect topping for spinach salad, or chicken wraps.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
- Gradually drizzle in the oil while whisking until incorporated.
- Whisk in the mayonnaise and poppy seeds.
- Season with salt & black pepper to taste.
