Ingredients
- For the Biscuits:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup cold milk
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- For the topping:
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with a non stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and garlic powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and butter. Then pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.
- Then gently fold in the shredded cheese.
- Then scoop the batter evenly onto the baking sheet at least 2 inch apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minute or until the tops of the biscuits are slight golden brown.
- Then mix together the topping ingredients in a small bowl.
- Let the biscuits cool for 2-3 minutes and then brush the top of the biscuits with the garlic butter topping mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Store the leftover at room temperature for up to 4-5 days or freeze in a freezer safe bag for up to 2-3 months.
