Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts cleaned and cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 to 5 lices thick-cut bacon chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • oil spray or extra oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 450F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the brussels sprouts, oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly grease a large sheet pan, place the brussels sprouts in a single layer, cut side down, and place the cut bacon around them.
  4. Roast for 15 to 18 minutes, depending on the size of your brussels sprouts.
  5. Take out the sheet pan and drizzle the hot honey over the brussels sprouts and gently toss to combine.
  6. Spread the brussels sprouts and bacon back out on the sheet pan and continue roasting for 5 more minutes or until everything is crispy to your liking.
  7. Serve with additional hot honey on the side for dipping, if desired.
