                                Ingredients
- 2 portobello mushrooms
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
 - ½ tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp fresh parsley optional, used as a garnish
 
Instructions
- Using a small spoon scrape out the gills of each Mushroom.
 - Discard the gills or better yet freeze them for Vegetable Stock.
 - Use a Mushroom brush or other soft bristled culinary brush to gently remove any dirt / soil.
 - Place each Mushroom into the air fryer and brush top and bottom first with oil, then balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
 - Air fry Mushrooms for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C. Then turn them over.
 - Brush any leftover vinegar and soy sauce on each Mushroom. Air fry for another 5 minutes. After this the Mushrooms are ready to be served.
