Ingredients
- 2 strawberries chopped
- 3/4 Cup quick oats
- 2/3 Cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened
- 1-2 Teaspoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt optional

Instructions
- Place strawberries, honey and almond milk in the blender and blend until combined
- in a jar, add the oats and pour in the liquid
- Close the lid
- Shake off the jar for a few seconds
- Set it in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours
- Mix in the greek yogurt (omit if you want to keep it vegan)
- Garnish with fresh fruit on top. Enjoy cold or warm!
