Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are tender inside with a crispy exterior. Plus, they cook fast in the air fryer, with less oil than oven baked!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds potatoes baby potatoes, Yukon gold etc...
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut baby potatoes into halves, or cut larger potatoes into small chunks.
- Add the potatoes to a bowl, then add the oil, spices, herbs and salt. Mix well to coat the potatoes.
- Pro tip: For even more flavor, cover the bowl and let the potatoes marinate for 15 minutes.
- Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket (if they're too crowded, cook them in batches).
- Air fry the potatoes at 400°F/200°C for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket a few times during the cooking.
- Check that they're cooked through inside and crispy outside and if necessary cook the potatoes for a little longer.
