- 1 large handful fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla work great
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 brazil nut
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup plant based milk of choice
