- 1/4 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 small banana, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 large handful chopped chard
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 handful ice
