This simple Banana Date Smoothie is made with a combo of banana, dates, yogurt, honey, ice, and cinnamon, makes a refreshing and tasty concoction.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup 1% milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pitted date (chopped)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend banana, yogurt, milk and honey until smooth.
  2. Add dates, cinnamon, and ice.
  3. Blend for 3 minutes more.

Notes

  • You can add a scoop of protein powder for extra protein!
