Ingredients
- 4-5 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 banana
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 6 whole almonds
- 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
- Ice cubes optional

- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- Blend well till everything is well incorporated and smooth. You will have a dense and creamy smoothie.
- Pour in a glass. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon powder and enjoy cold!

- You can add a sweetener of your choice like honey, maple syrup or brown sugar if the smoothie is not sweet enough for you.
