Broiled Thai Sweet Chili Salmon

Ingredients
- 4-6 6 oz salmon fillets with or without skin
- 1/4 cup Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce divided
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Instructions
- Whisk chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a large bowl or shake in a ziplock bag.
- Place salmon in the marinade and cover completely with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or seal bag if using a ziplock bag. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Broil salmon without turning until browned in spots and almost opaque in center, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice or steam veggies. Enjoy!
