Ingredients

Servings
  • 4-6 6 oz salmon fillets with or without skin
  • 1/4 cup Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce divided
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions

  1. Whisk chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a large bowl or shake in a ziplock bag.
  2. Place salmon in the marinade and cover completely with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or seal bag if using a ziplock bag. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Broil salmon without turning until browned in spots and almost opaque in center, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice or steam veggies. Enjoy!
