Ingredients
Buffalo Chicken
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut thin or pounded thinner)
- 2 teaspoons Ranch Powder Seasoning
- 1/3 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
Salad
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
Buffalo Chicken
- Prepare your marinade by combining the buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and honey. Whisk until combined.
- Place the prepared chicken in a sealable plastic bag, add the marinade, and move the bag around to coat the chicken. Allow it to marinate for 25 minutes or a few hours.
- Grill, pan-fry, or bake the chicken until the juices run clear.
- I like to add extra buffalo sauce on top to give it an extra bold flavor!
Salad
- To assemble your salads, divide the salad ingredients evenly between 2 bowls, or make one large salad to share!
- Slice the chicken and add to the salad.
- Top with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
