Ingredients
- ½ pound mixed cheeses. Pick some of your favorite and try something new!
- ¼ pound mixed shellfish,
- ¼ pound mixed fish
- ¼ pound mixed meats
- mixed seasonal fruit or vegetables

Instructions
- Slice cheeses into bite sized pieces and arrange on board.
- Cook mussels and oysters over a hot fire, just until they open.
- Thaw crab meat. Cook any fish on the stovetop, grill, or in the oven with a splash of olive oil and spices.
- Arrange meat in bite-sized pieces on board.
- Wash and slice fruit into bite sized pieces.
- Add broken bite-sized pieces of fresh bread or cut baguette slices and toast to make crostini. You can also use your favorite crackers, pretzels and bagel chips.
- Add sauces, dips, condiments, pickles, olives, or hummus in small bowls.
- Arrange everything on your board and enjoy!
