Crock Pot Cowboy Crack Dip is the perfect dip to serve for any occasion. You only need a few ingredients to make this flavorful dip.

Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese 8 oz each
- 1 pound spicy ground sausage
- 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles 10 oz each

Instructions
- Brown the spicy sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the sausage as it cooks. Drain off the excess grease.
- Add the browned ground sausage and the remaining ingredients to a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 1-2 hours until the cheese is melted and all the ingredients are combined.
- Serve with chips and enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
