This top sirloin steak recipe is quick, easy and incredibly flavorful! From start to finish, this steak recipe takes less than 15 minutes. It comes out tender, juicy and hearty. This steak is great for family dinners, holidays, special occasions and more!

Ingredients
- 2 top sirloin steaks
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
- pinch paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- fresh herbs to garnish
Instructions
- First, pat steaks dry with paper towels. Season on both sides with black pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Add oil to a skillet over medium high heat. Once oil gets hot, place steaks in skillet.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side. Then carefully flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
- Next, carefully remove steaks from skillet. Allow steaks to rest on a plate for at least 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
- Finally, serve with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh grass fed steak if possible.
- If you only have frozen, thaw completely.
- Be generous with your seasoning. Feel free to adjust amounts to suit your preference.
- Allow the oil to get hot before adding steaks.
- Only 2 to 3 minutes on each side is needed for 1 inch steak for medium rare.
