Ingredients
- 2.5 cups cucumber (1 large cucumber) peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 cup mango (1 large mango) diced
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 habanero chile (optional) chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- Kosher salt to taste
- 1 fresh jalapeno finely chopped

Instructions
- Dice the ripe mangoes and cucumber into uniform pieces. Finely chop the red onion and mince the jalapeño pepper, ensuring to remove the seeds to control the heat level.
- Squeeze the lime juice and add the orange juice. Finally, season with salt according to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
