Maple-butter roasted baby carrots - tender and soft carrots roasted with sweet maple-butter. Great and healthy side dish for the entire family!!

Ingredients
- 10 oz (280g) baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- salt to taste
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the carrots with all the ingredients and toss to mix well.
- Arrange the baby carrots on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Roast for 40 minutes or until the carrots are tender and soft. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
