This thick and creamy peach protein smoothie tastes like summer in a glass.

Ingredients
- 2 cups peaches (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
- ice to thicken

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. If using frozen peaches, you may need to add a little water to get the mixture blending. Add more or less ice to reach desired thickness.
