Raspberry Chia Pudding

Easy to make Raspberry base chia pudding recipe made with only a handful of ingredients. Perfect as breakfast, snack, or dessert

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries plus more to serve
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup agave, or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, add the milk, raspberries, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until smooth
- Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl and add in the chia seeds. Whisk until combined.
- Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes. Remove and whisk again.
- Return to fridge and for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Serve the chia pudding in cups or bowls and top with fresh raspberries or shaved dark chocolate. Enjoy.
Notes
- Use any milk of your choice
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving
- You can mix the chia pudding after it sits for one hour and then let it continue to soak for another 1-2 hours.
- Any sweetener can be used: agave, honey, or maple syrup.
