  • ¼ cup sweet paprika
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined. Rub generously into ribs or roasts and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 48 hours.
  2. Store the rub in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
