Colorful chia pudding made with wild blueberries and lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 tbsp wild blueberries
- 1 lemon juice and if you wish the zest
- extra extra water if needed
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients. Put in the fridge foor about 4 hours or overnight.
- If the pudding is too thick, add some extra water. This may depend on how much juice came with the blueberries.
- Divide the pudding over 2 glasses.
