Ingredients
- 2 tart apples
- 2 Tablespoon walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 6 Ice cubes

- Core the apples.
- Add the apples, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond milk and ice to a blender and blend.
