  • 1 cup full fat cottage cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with silicone liners or spray a silicone muffin pan well with cooking spray.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend everything until smooth and combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
  5. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing. Enjoy warm or store in the fridge for meal prep!
