Fruity salsa can be served with homemade cinnamon chips or if you want to save some time, use any store bought version.

Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples cored, peeled, diced
- 1 Pint strawberries hulled, diced
- 2 kiwis peeled, diced
- juice of one small orange
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of jelly I've used sugar-free apricot, strawberry, apple jelly
Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
- 4-6 tortillas - low carb works great.
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar or monk fruit
- 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter or cooking spray

Instructions
- Prepare fruit: dice apples, kiwi, and strawberries and place in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Add fresh squeezed orange juice, sweetener, and jam and gently fold the ingredients together. Let juices and flavors blend for a half hour before serving.
- Serve with pita or cinnamon chips.
Cinnamon Chips
- In a small bowl whisk together sweetener and cinnamon. Set aside.
- With a pastry brush coat both sides of a tortilla with melted butter or spray with butter flavored cooking spray.
- Sprinkle both sides of tortillas with prepared cinnamon mix.
- Cut the tortillas into 8ths.
- Place on two baking sheets separating each tortilla chip.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
- For a low carb version use a brown sugar alternative and sugar free jam or jelly. Also make cinnamon chips with low carb tortillas.
