- 5 to 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cup milk
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Add the chia seeds, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover with a lid.
