  • 1 large head of cabbage cut into 1-inch slices
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set your oven temperature to 400°F.
  2. Slice the cabbage into 1-inch steak and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic cloves, lemon juice, paprika, sea salt and black pepper to a medium bowl and quickly mix with a fork.
