Kleurrijke chiapudding gemaakt met wilde bosbessen en cranberrysap. Gegarneerd met mangopuree en gedroogde cranberries.

- 6 el chiazaad
- 6 el wilde bosbessen
- 1 citroen
- extra extra water indien nodig
Instructions
- Meng alle ingrediënten. Zet ongeveer 4 uur of een nacht in de koelkast.
- Mocht de pudding te dik zijn voeg je wat extra water toe. Dit is afhankelijk van hoeveel sap er bij de bisbessen zat.
- Verdeel de pudding over 2 glaasjes.
