Ground turkey meat forms into a delicious sausage patty that's good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 pinches red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 pound ground turkey 93% lean
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine sage, fennel seeds, thyme, red pepper flakes, nutmeg, cloves, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place the ground turkey in a large bowl and sprinkle the mixed spices over it. Mix gently with your hands until well combined.
- Divide the turkey mixture into 8 equal portions and form each into a patty.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with the olive oil.
- Cook the patties for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
